Developers, can you fix the contrast on the active buttons? I have poor eyesight, and for me the active and inactive button is almost indistinguishable
Reaper 5.99
Reaper 6
It may be possible to make some other option of highlighting active buttons.
Also discovered a bug in Theme adjuster: Open Theme Adjuster, go into dock mode, close Theme Adjuster, reopen, disable dock mode and get such a window

I have OK eyesight and I still don't like the new style at all, it doesn't have enough contrast to tell you what's enabled and what's not.

I'm having contrast issues as well...especially in the automation lanes.

Blue Cat Skin Bug
Bug
(1) Open Reaper 6.01
(2) If the Default theme is not already selected, select it, close, and then re-open Reaper.
(3) Add Blue Cat DP Meter Pro 4 (v 4.05, Skin Engine v 1.9.2) to the master bus - the gui looks fine.
(4) Select "Default_5.0" theme
(5) The Blue Cat VST skin is wiped clear.
(6) Close and re-open BC, skin is restored.
(7) Select Default theme
(8) BC skin is wiped clear again.
(9) Move the mouse cursor around the surface of the BC skin and some of the icons are painted - but not all.
I tried this with Waves Bass Rider, Omnisphere, Dune3, Gladiator, UAD plugins, Korg M1 - they don't have the same problem. It appears there's something unique about the Blue Cat plugins, so far as I can tell at the moment.
I've not had this problem on any prior release - but I've always used the V5 theme and spent zero time fiddling with themes. I don't recall seeing this on V6.0 either, and I'm working the same project that had the track 9 width problem - I would have noticed since I keep all my scopes on a 3rd screen, and spent (way too much) time fiddling with theme stuff.
Win 8.1 Pro (x64), GEForce GTX Titan Z, ASUS PB287Q monitors

I'm not sure when this change happened, but I noticed it with v6.01 (standard, not DEV version).
In the non-DEV versions, there's a problem changing MIDI note colormap files. Basically it doesn't work. Even if you try it from the preferences window (Preferences -> Editing Behavior -> Default note color map).
In the DEV versions (including v6.01+dev1206), I can swap MIDI note colormap files and the change is instant (after hitting "apply" in the preferences window).

Default CC point shape doesn't work at all here. No matter what I select I always get a square shape.

Dimson toolbar issue isnt related to the new theme. It is related to ALL theme. There is a bug there.

In what CC lane? Curves are disabled for CC 32-63, because those are specified as LSB values (half of a 14-bit value). The problem is that you can't have a curve in both the MSB and LSB lanes if the receiver is expecting 14-bit values, you have to curve the 14-bit lane. We may need to add a project option to allow curves in the LSB lanes for when those CC values are being used for a different purpose.
[edit] ah actually there is a bug where the first inserted point in a lane, if inserted using the default shift+click (insert point) rather than the default control+drag (draw points), will ignore the default curve shape. Fixing!

It really does just keep getting better, the updates keep coming at a breakneck pace which is amazing. I couldn't hold out any longer & upgraded my license today, my last license lasted me 8 years so I really can't complain.

Regarding colours, maybe WhiteTie could use these colours as a reference:

I love all u-he GUIs, but this is a great Plugmon skin for Zebra. That guy makes brilliant GUIs easy on the eyes, with great contrast.
btw. These updates that Reaper is getting make a lot of sense. They give me hope for Reaper after all. Keep fixing things, stability and functionality [ease of usage] are the most important!

When draw / edit immediately on mouse click is turned on, has the function of input Pitch bend automatically adsorbing to 0 been cancelled?
