Default "Apply Track FX to item as new take" does not use ReaInsert

Put ReaInsert into a track's FX chain. Right-click on an item in the track and "Apply FX to item as new take". A new take will be created, but the ReaInsert effect will not be applied, even if the "Limit apply FX/stem rendering to realtime" option is enabled.

ReaInsert should be applied; it's an FX, after all. This is a useful operation when using external hardware, both to use the same hardware on more than one track/item, and to archive a copy of the effected track to a file. The "apply FX" must be done in realtime regardless of the option setting.

(I do know that stem rendering can be used with ReaInsert if the realtime option is enabled, and File>Render "stems" works if "online" is selected, but "Apply FX" should work, too.)

Agreed.

If an enabled instance of ReaInsert is on a track, Reaper should automatically render the FX online in realtime when using "Apply FX" - even if "Limit apply FX/render to stems in realtime" is disabled in the preferences!
