Alternative, you can copy the script and it's image folder to main Scripts folder and rename them to match you theme name.
The theme adjuster entry will then be available under
Option/Themes

Thanks @lucas_LCS. I went for this latter option. My theme is called NH_6.0 so I copied
C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Scripts\Cocko s\Default_6.0_theme_adjuster.lua
to
C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Scripts\NH_6. 0_theme_adjuster.lua
and...
C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Scripts\Cocko s\Default_6.0_theme_adjuster_images folder
to
C:\Users\Nick\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\Scripts\NH_6. 0_theme_adjuster_images folder
I edited line 174 of NH_6.0_theme_adjuster.lua so that it points to "NH_6.0_theme_adjuster_images/". I guess I could alternatively have had it point to the original images folder so the extra copy would not be necessary.
p.s. Dunno what's up with the space in "Cockos" :S
