Simplest way to see if a track is a folder?

I'm at a loss... is there a simple way to tell if a selected track is a folder or not?

I'm embarrassed to ask

this returns 1 if it is a folder if I remember correctly

isfolder = reaper.GetMediaTrackInfo_Value(track, "I_FOLDERDEPTH")
