"Calling" something from a Web Page usually makes it stop when all information is transferred from the Web (HTTP) Server to the client (Browser). This is how the HTTP protocol is designed.

So your idea does not make much sense.

Default website hosting

The previous poster is correct if a little harsh.

If you have SSH access to the hosted server, it would be possible to host ninjam and access it by ip addressort number.

Most webhosting doesn't let you do this however, search for web hosting with SSH access

A VPS would be the sensible solution without costing an arm and a leg...

by Calling I meant linking... like in a java or Python app who can run the Ninjam server.

Same way as you have a quicktime file which does the streaming from your computer

or like OBS does for Twitch maybe?

Virtual Private Server.

Typical webhosting offers a webserver, php and a few other things. You can't install/run executables.

A VPS is a virtual server, allowing you to install whatever pleases you. It's like a real hardware box, only virtualised. Real hardware starts at around 100$/month. VPSes start from next to nothing, fi on AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure or Google compute. Most webhosters also offer VPSes.
