How to Tint the tcp but also not tint the items on the track

Just that i dont want to tint the items on the track but as i have used "tinttcp",
the Custom Color options are Grayed out and without "tinttcp", i can't tint the tcp

You will need to make the following files non-transparent to block the color or semi-transparent to mute the color:
item_bg.png
item_bgsel.png
