Lua: Toggle window opacity

Requires: js_ReaScriptAPI

Load script to action list.

You can assign shortcut..

By default script toggles window opacity between values 0.9 and 1. You can customize these values,
open emb_Toggle window opacity.lua in text editor.

Toggle opacity for mixer window, plugin window, action list window etc.

I'm running portable and it works just fine.
Make sure that the js_ReaScriptAPI .dll and .dylib are both located in REAPER/Plugins dir.
