Seperate Highlight and Shadow Color Theme Support for this menu

When the highlight and shadow are the same color in the theme (my own Easy On The Eyes 2.04):

PS- I know I can make them different in the theme, but I personally would like them to be the same in the theme, but different in this new CLEANER menu.

Also- I think the checkboxes need to be moved 1-2 pixels to the right, as they overlap the outline currently.

In the DEFAULT there are no lines on the menu because the highlight and shadow match the color of the transport and others.
