Default "CHORD CHART" Guide

I was wondering if there is a way of displaying a chord chart guide above a composition - in a similar way to the way regions and markers are used. So Is there a way, other than dedicating the region function to this, to mark up a sequence of chords, so that when working on some area in the middle of the song, we can immediately see what the chord sequence is at that area?

Any input welcome, awesome tribe

Regards

Al

This is from another post someone want multiple marker lanes:
You can use X-Raym_Create text items on first selected track from markers.lua
or X-Raym_Create text items on first selected track from regions.lua
then size the height of the text marker tracks down,
the text markers will edit, copy, drag and paste.
