real time midi data in reascript

hi,
i've tried to call winmm.dll midi functions via ctype , but i always have the same error message when i try to open a midi port :

MMSYSERR_ALLOCATED
The specified resource is already allocated.

do you know if there is another way to make enter midi data in a script ? ( in real time)
