Default A small issue with rendering file auto naming

When rendering a file with name ending with a number (say ABC-200) a few times, with "silently increment etc." enabled, instead of adding enumeration after the name, it increases the number already in the name, i.e, the new file is named "ABC-201.mp3" instead of "ABC-200-001.mp3"

Does it do this if the original name doesn't use a - before the number such as an _ instead? I'm asking because I'm not sure there is a way for Reaper to know if you named it that way, or if it is from a previous render. IOW, Reaper can't tell if it's a file ending with -200 or if this is the 201st render.

It can because you provide it with a name pattern, and it can look for that dash and numbers only after that pattern ends.
It's just lazy coding, not a real challenge.
and would probably take 5 minutes to fix.
