Default Arrange View - Regions - Keep Text Visible when h-scrolling

It would be useful if in the Arrange View the Region text would always be visible (at the left margin) when scrolling the measures.

As an example, in the MIDI Editor window, you can scroll measures out of view (horizontally) and the Region text continues to be visible (see example screens 1 and 2 with highlights).

As another example, in the Arrange View, you can scroll measures out of view (horizontally) and the media item text continues to be visible with "chevrons" (<<) as a reminder that there is more waveform off screen (see example screens 3 and 4 with highlights).

A workaround is to leave the Region/Marker Manager window open and correlate whatever measure is first in the Arrange View back to the measure numbers in that list.

Thanks,
Chris

The same goes for notes in empty items. I use those for encompassing reverb settings.
