Media Explorer loses focus

OS: Windows 7
Reaper 5.96

1. Open Media Explorer
2. Create a new database, drag a few files.
3. Select a MIDI file from the database, hit <ENTER>
4. Close Media Explorer
5. Reopen Media Explorer
6. Focus is on the left (Shortcut List) and not in the list of MIDI files

Is there a way to manually order items in the database?
