MIDI source loop end marker working for anyone?

I can't seem to get it to respond to mouse modifiers:

I want it to do nothing and not increase the length of the item. Is this context working for anyone?

I guess you are trying to set the MIDI source loop end marker left drag context into No action? That doesn't work, the loop end marker will still get moved when dragging it. But at least on my end dragging the end of the MIDI item is a different thing. I mean, when I drag the end of the item, the loop end marker stays where it was. I have to separately drag the loop end marker to move it.

Yes I don't want it to do anything at all. I want the end to stay fixed and never move unless the item edge is moved in arrange. Is this possible?
