Just wanted to check how the mix is translating, as I'm still getting used to my monitors and there's some lower frequencys than in other stuff I've mixed with them.

Interesting.. went into it with no idea what I would be hearing.
Point for originality and for sticking to something outside the norm. Where experimentation becomes art. I dig it. Maybe it has a retro vibe to it?

The mix is nicely done. everything seems in it's place. Don't hear any conflicting freq's.. the bottom sits well in the speakers.

oooh even worse, give it the cell-phone on the counter test through the phones speakers - you'll really see if you nailed the fundamentals and relative harmonics... it's even more evil than the dreaded car test IMHO...

You're right though, it sounded nice through my monitors, and they usually lead to good translations for lesser systems.
