This issue was discussed in the link below, but it didnt really help my case and it just turn into a discussion on people saying they never experienced this while some people have this problem:

Anyway, all my VSTS paths are neatly written in the Preferences/Plugin settings window.
My melodyne.vst3 file is inside the folder C:\Program Files\VSTPlugIns;
I see the name "melodyne.vst3" appearing during the scanning process but once the scanning is done. There is no melodyne VST to be found at the FX window. Except the Melodyne Rewire.
So, what do we do now?
