[6.39-6.43] Show notes on project load option is broken

There is a bug in new "Word wrap" option in Project Settings (Notes tab) since it was introduced in v6.39.

Now all projects saved with these new versions show the "Project Settings (Notes tab)" window on project load (even there are no notes filled in) when opened in previous versions, because the new 'Word wrap' checkbox is in older versions incorrectly interpreted as "Show notes on project load" option instead.

Tried and works OK in "new > old" direction.

Only downside is that when new project file with enabled word-wrap is opened in old (pre-6.39) version and re-saved, then the "word-wrap" option enable flag is cleared in the project file. But not a big deal if it cannot be easily resolved.
