Default Routing question for multichannels tracks

Hi!

I'm working on a VR project in ambiX 3rd order (16 channels). I'm looking for a way to put my truepeak limiter to prevent unwanted peaks on any of these 16 channels... The problem is that my truepeak limiter plugin is only available for mono, stereo, 5.0 or 5.1... I'm not too familiar with reaper's routing yet so the only way I've found, is to split my 16channel track into 16 mono tracks where I put an instance of my mono limiter on each tracks...

If anyone knows a routing tricks where I could do this inside my 16 channels track, it would be very appreciate!

Thanks!

Hi,

The problem with ambisonics is that you need to process all the channels exactly the same, so I am not sure that using several compressor in parallel will be enough.
Why do not use an ambisonics compressor in the IEM (free) ?

There is also the excellent Tone Boosters Barricade that supports 16 channels :

But to answer you question, it is easy (even if an automatic "multimono" feature would be useful) : you can insert several instances of your plugin and tick the cases in their I/O matrix pannel.
For instance, if you use 5.0 versions, the first one will be connected to I/O 1 to 5, the second to I/O 6 to 10 etc.
