Like nofish said, go to https://www.landoleet.org/i8n/ and download the latest language pack from there. That page has also the instructions to how to modify it. You can place your renamed/modified language pack into LangPack folder in Reaper resources.
You can change the language pack Reaper uses in Options/Preferences, Language. Your modified language pack will not get changed with Reaper updates.
As for these synonym changes, find the line [actionlist_synonyms] in the language pack you downloaded and add your new ones in there.

"Reflected", "Uknown", and "Operator" use exactly the same signature.
Are they all the same troll talking to themselves ?

Hmm, that may be a possibility.

I can't make it work.. The modified langpack file is chosen in the Reaper Preferences and this is the list inside it:
Quote:
[actionlist_synonyms]
1=display,view,show,hide
2=delete,clear,remove
3=insert,add
4=deselect,unselect
5=order,sort
6=reorder,renumber,organize
|
Typing deselect does not show unselect, for example. "Search for synonyms of common words" is ticked in the Actions List. What am I missing? (official v6.36 Win10 x64)

Ah sorry the template is wrong, it should look like this (15 leading 0s on each item):
Code:
[actionlist_synonyms]
0000000000000001=display,view,show,hide
0000000000000002=delete,clear,remove
0000000000000003=insert,add
0000000000000004=deselect,unselect
0000000000000005=order,sort
0000000000000006=reorder,renumber,organize
(correcting the template now, sorry!)

------Please lets continue talking about this topic only in the FX-Container Thread------
Michael, my friend, I feel a little bit offended... what narrative are you trying to create? ;-) You even witnessed first hand how this signature trend came together. You even responded negatively to the first user who used it other than me... Donīt you remember??? It must be more than clear to you that it canīt be just one user behind all these names. Just re-read the FX-Container Thread there you can follow the creation and your response to the process. (Page 3)
I had the signature because I was too stupid to create a proper link in the signature like e.g. Evil Dragon has. (I donīt think it is rude to have one FR-wish in the Signature) And in the process "Reflected" joined first and then others came... just a natural process, no need for conspiracy theories. People just had the need to express their wishes under a "common flag"... and to use this signature was a great proposal by Reflected... and it just caught on.
And I donīt troll... I only post "FX-C" related stuff in the Pre-Release to try to hold back the "FX-Container Army" :-) when they get too excited about their passion and sometimes forget where we have to post our wishes. BTW most of us FX-C-Guys donīt post in here, we post in the FR-Thread.
And there are not only 3 of us with this signature... there are quite many more . Just look in the FX-Container Thread.
------Sorry to all of you for using up Pre-Release space----------and don`t forget to continue talking about this topic only in the FX-Container Thread------

Thanks for the explanation. In fact, the identity of the signatures does seem a bit suspicious.(As you know I am with you regarding the FR itself, but this here absolutely is the wrong place.)-Michael
