Separate colours for individual drums

Hi,
I use one track for my MIDI drums, and, try and Google/search/YouTube as I might, I can not find a way to colour the individual drums in the MIDI editor.

e.g all kicks brown, all snares red, all hats purple.......... whatever.

Ideas?
