Default Could you help to test a win VST vocoder in Linux?

Hi, I've been away for a while and I'm delighted to see Reaper now has a Linux version!
I've used Linux for almost 20 years but due to my complicated music setup relying on windows VST and software I have to stick with Windows.
I try to switch my setup to Linux every few years and always fail.

Looking at people's experiences on this Linux forum on reaper is giving me (once again) a new hope. But before I spend days trying the impossible with a new distro could someone just help me to try one prerequisite?

I would like to know if you can use this vocoder live in reaper under Linux:

Could you put the vocoder on your vocal track, send it midi from your midi interface and change your voice in realtime?
Big thanks in advance!
