Default Restoring customs settings, theme, toolbar etc

Hi,
I tried rendering through the command line on osx and doing that must have overwritten my reaper settings, when I start it normally all my custom actions, custom toolbar, settings etc are gone.

I don't have a backup of my settings, but is there maybe some way to restore this?

Maybe trying the command line added some files that I can remove and it will be back to normal?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ok i could recover most of my settings!

How can I avoid overwriting my settings like that when using the CLI version of reaper?
Why does it do that?

Can I maybe avoid it be duplicating the reaper app and giving it another name?

You can export your entire REAPER configuration to a single file by going to:
Options > Preferences > General > [Export configuration]

This creates a .ReaConfigZip, which can later be imported from the same window used to export it. Be sure to create this file and back it up regularly if you change your configuration in any way.
