Nice and clean... I like it.

I might, personally, change the volume faders on the tcp, as they looks kinda ambiguous. The fader for the playback rate is what I'd use actually. Also, the top right corner of some inactive buttons are kinda smashed a bit (not symmetrical) can be seen on the FX, mute and solo buttons especially - of course I'm being nitpicky though

Other then that, I do really like it, good job

I rather like this one.
It's simple and clear. Enough contrast and easy on the eyes.

Good job!

Agreed, this has overtaken Vixie as my default theme (though I do go back to that often). Great work!!

Is that for v3.53?? I just installed the new update on 3.52 and I don't see any change in the transport bar. Am I doing something wrong?

Oh! I forget to tell...
When 3.53 will be released I will update this theme one more time. Because Cockos have fixed some bugs in transport bar

I really like this theme, but i can't get it to show up in the theme list in Reaper. I put it in the same folder with my other themes which all do show up. Any ideas? Thanks.EDIT: I got it.

This is definitely my default theme. It's wonderful in every way except one...the compressor indicator isn't usable. The color doesn't show enough contrast, especially when it's a fast attack/delay and you can barely see how much compression is occurring. I think what's most distracting is that the meter lines are too bright, and the red color showing the attenuation is too dark.

Anyways, that's my only gripe - if there's a way to change that, let me know. Otherwise, this theme is just about perfect. Love it.

Try to change these options and perhaps you will find satisfying brightness and colours balance for yourself:

I changed this :

and this :

and the item background remains blue.

Any idea ?

It's the background color in the 'item_bg.png' file inside the RADO theme folder. You can't change the background color with Options, Preference, Theme Editor when the designer has made a fixed color in that file.
You can, however, change the file...

Thanks!! That's weird because I can change the background color of the item in a case by case basis, but not by default.

Yes, helpdeskeddy is right! Default background color of the item is in the 'item_bg.png' file. It's blue color and you cannot change it because this is default element of this theme...
Sorry... But you can redraw this file at your own taste in any graphic editor!

It's simple:
1. download
2. unzip
3. and replace theme files

I just downloaded the theme, but the colormap did not exist. Are you sure it is in the latest upload?

Yes, I checked it!
OK, then try this:
1. delete theme
2. clear cache and temporary files in your web browser
3. and retry above actions...

Hey Nick!
Great Theme, really love it!
But do You know what would be great? I have been using other themes which weren't as good as Yours, actually, but had an io-button which shows the current io-configuration. EG if you just have a send on the track, the o in the icon is lightened or if you just have a receive, the i is lightened.
Have You thought about this feature?

Again, really love Your work!
