Humanize - Timing bias slightly broken ?

To my understanding setting a timing bias of 100% should only allow the notes to move forward in time (i.e. later), no ?
In the gif it does for all but one note for some reason:

Here's a project containing just one MIDI item for testing.
Steps:
- doubleick to open ME
- bring up Humanize dialog
- set to 'All Notes'
- set 'Timing bias' to 100%
- Move 'Timing' slider
-> Some notes moving backwards here
If you don't see notes moving backwards press 'New random seed' and try moving 'Timing' slider again

(R5.941 fresh portable install)

Or is my understanding of the Timing bias wrong ?

bump, still behaves the same in Reaper v6.16.

Could someone tell me, if this is behaving correctly?
With a timing bias of 100% I'd expect the notes to only move forwards (later, what I actually want), and not backwards as seen in the gif, or am I misunderstanding the timing bias slider?
(Couldn't find anything about it in the User Guide).

Bug confirmed.

Some random seeds break the direction algorithm in the Reaper humanizer.
