Default Selling Windows gear

I was saving my Tascam US-1800 just in case I wanted to open my studio again.
I had an USB stick with Windows 10 ready to install (the Tascam doesn't work with Linux) but I got brave and deleted it.
Now if I want to make a Windows bootable USB I have to do it on Linux. I've tried just to see if it was possible. No luck. Must be possible, though.
Anyway, this is the thing: I don't want the studio anymore, for real, and I don't want the Tascam. 300 bucks if I sell it...
I'm going to set myself free.
I'm happy with my online studio, with my Behringer box and Linux.
Anyone relates to this? Burning bridges?

I learnt to burn my bridges at about 47 years of age you are streets ahead by the look... good on you.
Simplicity is a blessing.

You can make a bootable Windows usb on Linux ( I'm assuming that the MS site won't let you access the ISO on a Linux browser ), the trick is to spoof your browser user agent.

EDIT// Not that I'm recommending you use Windows

Works on Linux without having to spoof the user agent: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...oad/windows11/

(again, not that I'm recommending you do so )

You are indeed correct, I'm unsure why I originally thought this, maybe it has changed lately or I'm stuck in some kind of matrix , either way we both agree on staying away from Windows

Better to be in a Windows-free matrix than free in a Windows world. Hmm.
