Default Problems with the undocked docker using alt/d

Following some KvR discussion on the subject of having the main waveform window dockable in the undocked docker in order to achieve a fully tabbed interface, which I personally think would be a handy option, I tried alt/d under various circumstances, and noticed that if the FX browser is docked in the docker and has focus, alt/d does not work. Likewise for the media explorer and the current FX chain. Furthermore, if alt/d has hidden the undocked docker and you then press the FX button on a track, the docker reappears but shrunk down to the size of the current FX gui.

In a two-monitor setup with the docker permanently displayed in the second monitor, these issues are not going to matter, but if working with a single monitor, you're likely to find them irritating.

that's not correct. it get's resized to the height of when it was attached to the main-window (where you can resize it with this devider) ...

so we can get it remember the size by:

-> attach the docker to the main-window
-> resize it there with the devider
-> undock it from the main-window
-> (resize it to the wanted size)
-> hide the docker
-> click the fx-button on a track which doesn't have one
-> if it's not the size you want, then repeat all these steps ...

took me 3 minutes here. hope this can be fixed.
