GUI update bugs when using GetSetMediaTrackInfo

When using GetSetMediaTrackInfo, the GUI isn't updated quite right. If you toggle mute or solo, the mute and solo buttons change state, but the shading that goes along with the muted tracks and the text overlay on the panel meter isn't updated. You can test this with ReaConsole (the 'm' and 'o' commands) or the mix snapshots extension.

Notice how in the below image the mute button state does not match the state of the peak meter text and the track shaing in the arrange window:

Maybe we just need the equivalent of UpdateTimeline() for the TCP/MCP/track shading?
