Tempo Change Help

I know how to change tempos except I'm having a problem with a song that is in 4/4 meter and has a couple of 2/4 bars throughout the song.
The tempo only changes up to the 2/4.
You can follow it in the Master track view.

What the secret to change the complete tempo of song including those 2/4 bars in one move?

This has been bugging me for a long time and I knew there must be a solution.
Thank you so much for your help.
I was able to gradually increase the tempo until it was right where I wanted it.
It was only a problem with songs with odd meters or 2/4 bars that messed the normal way of changing the tempo. Problem solved.
