Do I need all 3 drum FREE Virtual Instrument Plugins or all them the same? (Sitala / MT Power Drum Kit 2 / SSD 5.5 FREE)

You only need one, you can install all of them.

In my case, I only use SSD5.5 Free. I have installed Sitala also but only made some tests to see how it works.

It all depends on how many different styles of music you are going to be recording.

I have a lot of different-sounding digital drums & use most of them regularly. YMMV

If you're just building up your plugins collection you might also consider Komplete Start from Native Instruments. It has several kits, acoustic & electronic, but it also has a lot of synths that could be useful to you for bass and synth sounds. If you don't already have that covered you could give it a try given that it's a freebie.

MT Power Drumkit and SSD 5.5 Free are acoustic drumkits, more geared towards rock/metal etc. For hip-hop beats you could use Sitala. It's a simple drum sampler that you can load your own samples into.

For a more advanced (but still free) sampler I would recommend One Small Clue Poise.

You can load 8 sample layers per pad in it, which is great if you use round-robins and/or velocity layers.

Aside from Sitala and Poise I would recommend to learn how to use ReaSamplomatic5000. With a script like MPL's RS5K Manager it easily beats both Sitala and Poise in functionality. Here's a Reaper Blog video about installing and using RS5K Manager: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=clucnX0WWXc&t=50s
