I agree. EvilDragon's solution is the best imo.

Do you guys agree that there should be a Nitpick area in the Tracker, so that Nitpicks could be rated and dealt with easier?

I think that I would prefer to see the complete name, right-aligned
(and be able to drag the mouse through it if i want to see the start of the path)

... and it should be the same for all dialogues that show long path/file names:

In this example, the box containing the filename should simply be stretched for the whole path to be visible, don't you think?

Fixing, please post any other places you notice this.

EvilDragon's abbreviation idea is nice but it's probably better to just right-justify the path as DarkStar suggested so you can see the filename, but still have the option of mousing left to see the whole path (and the ability to ctrl+C copy the path if you want to paste it somewhere else).

Consolidate Tracks

This one, the last one, and the one before may be best as is though, because they are more a path than a file name???

Though, the bottom box is a file, so that could be right-aligned.

I agree, paths (not filenames) are fine left-aligned.

I enjoy helping in this way, it makes me feel somewhat of use, since I can't program.

Maybe I've misunderstood, but I think that paths (i.e. to a folder that has been selected) should be right-aligned too. So wherever i have typed in a file name or picked a folder, the full name should be initially displayed right-aligned.

Well, a path typically is left aligned in Windows and does look better this way. Though I can understand why it should be left aligned for folder nuts like myself who can care less of the drive, since it's usually all on the Audio Drive anyway.

Hmm...maybe an option to have left or right aligned paths???
