Reaper rewired in Pro tools

Hi, I've been using Reaper inside Pro tools through rewire for sound design and it works fine but I have 2 questions:

- Why most do most plugins show up in Reaper as "x86 bridged" since both Reaper and Pro tools are 64 bits ?
- Why does Reaper re-scan all plugins when I launch it as standalone after having used it rewired ans vice-versa ?
