Crashing when opening project - but not on every computer

We use different PCs to work on our bands In Ear Monitoring file. Both PCs use the latest version of Reaper and share the files via cloud. Until now, this has been working flawlessly.
However, without changing anything we know of, one PC crashes when opening the latest project file of the other PC.

Can anyone tell me what the reason for crashing is? The crash report is in the attachments, but I don't know how to read it...
