ive noticed if you select lock track controls and also lock markers/regions etc, they can all still be changed via OSC controllers.. things aren't really locked if OSC can still (inadvertently) make changes.. this is probably more a loose design quirk than a bug, but it would be good if locking was a fully global setting..
