That's a protected folder, you need to save somewhere else that is in your user path, not the program files path. Something like My documents or a subfolder within it. As far as admin, there are two types FYI...
1. Your user account being an administrator of the machine.
2. The rights a program you are running has.
#2 is straight up security, even with you being an "administrator" and reaper running under your user account, it does not have administrator rights itself, unless you elevate privileges (such as explicitly running reaper as admin) which you don't need to do and shouldn't do.
