Exporting every single track, will they be changed? Question

Hi everybody, I'd like to ask you, in theory: if I disable all plugins (shift+ctrl+click on master fx switch) and export all tracks (which many of them was cutted and the pieces variably shifted) by stem export into individual wav files, they'll be same as original source files?
I mean, they are all digital files with clearly defined values and even if I cutted and shifted them when I maintain bit depth and sample rate on export from reaper the musical content/sampled values of original files should be preserved without any change, am I right or wrong, what do you think?
