Hi guys, I'm new here and would like to ask you for help.
Don't know why but Reaper can't accept (recognize) several VSTs.
I'm trying to migrate from Cakewalk to Reaper. My VSTs are located on DAW dedicated NTFS partition with structure F:\VST\VST2 and F:\VST\VST3. Inside of that directories I have a subdirectories named by manufacturers.
I have added main path F:\VST to Reaper plugin paths like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VstPlugins;C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins;C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3;F:\VST"
Most of VSTs are recognized properly but Reaper ignores these folders:
f:\VST\VST2\HASR\
f:\VST\VST2\LostIn70\
f:\VST\VST2\Vadim Taranov\
Have no idea what is a reason for that. I have no issues with mentioned VSTs in the Cakewalk.
What I have tried to do:
1. "Clear cache/re-scan" (many times)
2. reset Reaper configuration to factory default
3. reinstall Reaper
4. move some unrecognized dlls from their folder to different subfolder under F:VST
5. move some unrecognized dlls from their folder to C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins
Edit: I have recorded a video with clean cache progress window then I have slowed it down and have found that all dlls from mentioned folders are present there (Clang64.dll as example):
Really weird.
Thank you for your help.
