Default some VSTs are not detected - solved

Hi guys, I'm new here and would like to ask you for help.
Don't know why but Reaper can't accept (recognize) several VSTs.
I'm trying to migrate from Cakewalk to Reaper. My VSTs are located on DAW dedicated NTFS partition with structure F:\VST\VST2 and F:\VST\VST3. Inside of that directories I have a subdirectories named by manufacturers.

I have added main path F:\VST to Reaper plugin paths like this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VstPlugins;C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins;C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3;F:\VST"

Most of VSTs are recognized properly but Reaper ignores these folders:
f:\VST\VST2\HASR\
f:\VST\VST2\LostIn70\
f:\VST\VST2\Vadim Taranov\

Have no idea what is a reason for that. I have no issues with mentioned VSTs in the Cakewalk.

What I have tried to do:
1. "Clear cache/re-scan" (many times)
2. reset Reaper configuration to factory default
3. reinstall Reaper
4. move some unrecognized dlls from their folder to different subfolder under F:VST
5. move some unrecognized dlls from their folder to C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins

Edit: I have recorded a video with clean cache progress window then I have slowed it down and have found that all dlls from mentioned folders are present there (Clang64.dll as example):

Really weird.

Thank you for your help.

Default some VSTs are not detected - solved

Finally I have found a solution and a reason of my problem.
At first I must add one fact which I thought it is not important, but it is very substantial. My issue exists on a fresh new Win10 installation and doesn't exists on my previous installation where I have Cakewalk and Reaper. So I did a full scan of my C: disk on both installations with searching "HASR" in all files and have found a difference in c:\Users\msc\AppData\Roaming\REAPER\reaper-vstplugins64.ini. Items has been incomplete in the fresh installation like this one:
Code:

Invasion_64.dll=00697633ED22D601,1784038772,Invasion (HASR-VTarAmps)
Code:
Invasion_64.dll=00697633ED22D601
So then I have searched "vstplugin64.ini" here in the forum and have found this thread: https://forum.cockos.com/showthread....tplugins64.ini

Real reason has been missing VC++ 2013 redistributable package, I have to install it manually.

The vst installer didn't say you needed the package?

^^^
You should let the developer know of the problem so that he can update the installation notes.

It should come with a readme.txt to tell users the system requirements.
