Console users... any way to get stereo AFL's on my aux sends?

Hi, I have stereo headphone mixes set up for singers on auxes (Headphones 1 = Aux 1/2, Headphones 2 = Aux 3/4, etc).

I'd like to be able to preview their mixes in stereo, but since the sends are in mono, All i get is mono when I preview it.

I tried routing the aux sends to unused faders, and panning them, but I can't solo those faders to audition the headphone mix because then there is no signal coming from the tracks. Any thoughts?

My desk is an A&H ML3000
