Instant loudness analyzer for Windows?

I know there's a great app for Mac OSX, which can load audio files and spits out their loudness measured in LUFS, according to the EBU R128-standard.

Does anyone know if a similar app exists for Windows?

My current method is quite slow. It involves listening through the whole song and running it through FabFilter Pro-L2.

Not familiar with the Orban product.

Orban apparently needs to be linked to an audio device that plays audio into it. EXPOSE uses an audio file you drop into it.

No, it does both (that's why I said "Analysis Tab is drag and drop for files"). No need to actually set up the soundcard part when it asks.
