Default FR: Add ruler option: Measures.Beats / Hours:Minutes:Seconds:Frames or multi-rulers

FR: Add ruler option: Measures.Beats / Hours:Minutes:Seconds:Frames or add multiple, movable rulers with unique settings per ruler.

WHAT: Currently, Reaper provides several ruler options, including two options for dual-ruler info, such as Measures.Beats / Minutes:Seconds, and also Measures.Beats (minimal) / Minutes:Seconds.

I propose that Reaper add Measures.Beats / Hours:Minutes:Seconds:Frames as well. I am hoping that adding such an option would not require a large development effort since a similar dual-ruler option already exists, but doing so would have an immediate benefit to the users.

OR, should the developers want create something even more powerful, I propose that Reaper add extra rulers with unique settings per ruler, that are also movable into the body of the track list.

BENEFITS: Reaper already has dual ruler options, but adding at least one more with FRAMES will be immensely helpful for anyone working with film/video, as they will be able to see beats + frame to help align and work with film/video.

If Reaper goes to the next step and adds multiple rulers, the benefits would be even greater, and allow very flexible and helpful combinations of rulers. For example, sometimes it's useful to see TWO framerates PLUS beats. For example, 29.97 fps + 23.976 fps + beats are situations I deal with sometimes when there is mixed video on the timeline.

Another benefit would be to allow people to see useful combinations such as Seconds / Absolute Frames / Measures.Beats and so forth.

Also, another benefit with a separate "ruler track", would be to those who would like to move one or more rulers down into the body of the track list for help aligning things on densely-loaded screens.

Thanks for considering this!
