Default MIDI Quantize bug (or just wierd)

I'm not sure if this actually qualifies as a bug, but I must ask.

I have a custom action in MIDI editor that consist of two actions:
1. View: Move edit cursor to mouse cursor
2. Edit: Trim right edge of note to edit cursor

When I use this custom action on newly created midi notes and then try to quantize them it seems like quantize window ignores my custom action's edits and tries to quantize notes back to their original length.

Anyone?

From what I read in the forums, these are the little pesky MIDI bugs that haven't been fixed since ages. I really hope we get these fixed in v6.
