Reaper crashes when importing VST3 presset

Hello. When I try to import VST3 presset - Reaper sometimes crushes.
It happens when I try to import VST3 pressed which was created (exported) in Reaper.

So it like this: I open VST3 plugin, export VST3 presset, then I import THIS presset - Reaper freezes for for about 3 sec. and crushes.

When I try to import pressets which I made in Studio One all seems ok.

Plugins I use - PSP Fetpressor, PSP oldTimer

Mine Reaper also keeps crashing when importing VST3 plugins.
Namely McDSP and Positive Grid Bias FX2.

Projects works all fine, then I save it, try to reload and it crashes until I remove particular plugin. Then I insert it again and it works. Sometimes another plugin will get corrupted on load.

Cockos, please address this, it is very disrupting.
