Strech note positions (arpegiate) malfunction

Version 7.11
I am trying to Strech note positions (arpegiate) some selected notes, but when i click to drag the notes, all other notes, or a lot randomly notes in the midi item are auto-selected and when i drag the mouse they are modified too!

It's easy to reproduce, because i have tryied the same to a portable version and have the same results.
