Tempo and Time Sig display not showing in separate lanes

This bug occurs in both the 5.8 release as well as 5.9 RC4.

Steps to reproduce:

1) In the timeline ruler, right click and go to Ruler Layout

2) Select "Display Time Signature and Tempo Changes in Separate Lanes" so that it is enabled

3) Show Theme Tweak/Configuration Window

4) Change the timeline font to 14 point or higher

5) Time Signature and Tempo Changes are no longer displayed in separate lanes

Reason this is a bug: The same behavior does not apply to marker text or region text. Both marker and region text will display in separate lanes with a font size of 14 point.

This is problematic because the text for the timeline is very small by default which it makes it very difficult to read so changing the timeline font to something larger is very necessary especially on ultrawide and 4K screens.
