Track Controls linking to OSC Faders

I have some OSC faders that I'd like to permanently link to the first 8 track controls on the selected channel.

For instance: I have a track template for each VSTi. The first track control is always a filter. Others are adsr, etc. When that track is selected the OSC faders control the 8 track controls that have already been assigned. If I select another track, the same faders control the first 8 track controls on that channel.

Does anyone have an easy way to do this?

Bonus question: can this be done with feedback, i.e. can reaper send the value of each track control to the controller so the faders move into place?
