Rendering with opened Video Properties window

[Dstruct]

REAPER 5.24 x64

1. insert video item
2. open render dialog
3. open Video item properties
4. try to move/edit the video item

5. Result: not possible

6. start the render
7. try to move/edit the video item again (Video item properties window still opened)

8. Result: now it's possible to move/edit the video item. delete just doesn't work.



Expected:

In step 5 it should already be possible to move/edit the item (Item properties window should be non-modal).

In step 8 it should be possible to delete the item (Item properties window getting closed automatically).
