Default Dr. Seuss Metal all mixed in Reaper

Hi all I would just like a bit of feedback on the mixing of this. We took Dr. Seuss books and did them in the style of 10 different metal bands. Just would like some thoughts. Thanks so much.

Ok this is pretty hilarious. For some reason the Nevermore one had me rolling.

Mixwise, the bass is pretty low on these songs, and the vocals generally sound like they could use a little presence and air - the guitars kind of mask them a bit. Maybe a bit too much drum compression in places, and a bit too much snare on the Dio song.

Thanks bro! Some of those issues I think are because I'm having a hard time rendering a video where the audio quality is up to snuff. I can't seem to find the right settings.

Listening to the original audio master straight out of VEGAS sounds great. But whenever I render it sounds not as good.

Weird. You could always import the video into your Reaper project and re-export with the original sounds, but that's kind of a pain in the ass.

That is a good idea.

I always forget Reaper can do video. How good is Reaper at editing video anyways?
