Corruption of chapters for MP3 files in arrange window (FIXED)
MP3 file in timeline / arrange window shows its chapters (chapter names), fine.
But if you offline the media and online it back, then the corruption happens - chapter names are doubled and shifted. It continues sequentially with any other media offline/online sequence. The offline/online sequence happens many times if Reaper closes the device when you switch to another application.
Tested in Windows 7, Reaper v6.68, both 32bit, also similarly in Linux Mint 18 x64, Reaper v6.69 Linux.
