Default Any way to have a loudness plugin analyze project faster than real time?

Hi everyone, so I'm using some meters to check my levels and stay around Bob Katz's K20 for mixing and K14 for mastering. But these plugins need to go through the whole song to do so.

Now, if I do a full-speed offline render while they are open, I see they seem to react, though I haven't checked they give the same results as opposed to real time measuring. But let's say they do. Then that's the fastest way I've found, though it bugs me that I have to render a file and then delete it just to take levels and besides, within a very complex session it might take as long as real time render.

Is there any better way to do this that I haven't thought of? Thanks anyone who can help

Couple of SWS actions. Select the item(s), run this action;
SWS: Analyze and display item peak and RMS
You'll get separate window for each item, showing the peak and RMS.

Or select the items and run SWS/BR: Analyze loudness...
You'll get a window which will show the LUFS and True peak values for all the items.
