Disable display scaling in win 10?

Disable display scaling in windows 10 doesn't have an effect on Reaper 5? I like to have large icons and windows while in Windows but prefer to disable scaling in Reaper so I have larger real estate so I turn on the disable feature in the compatibility options but it doesn't work in Reaper 5 with Windows 10.

I'm a silly little man. Comodo firewall was stopping that feature. Uninstalled it and now it works
