Default Trouble with Jam Origin or Migic midi guitar with differents VST

I read same topics about this plugins at forum and dont found same problem.
So I used this instructions:
https://youtu.be/3mawYUI1dJA

In FX - set midi plugin
record midi output
FX - VST

Everything work fine except some plugins. It works greats with cockos reaper reasynth ot reasynDr or mdapiano or kontakt.

But it dont work with NES VST (https://www.mattmontag.com/projects-page/nintendo-vst) or with guitars from Ample Sound. I can hear sound of instrument. But when I press record button he dont want record midi information. Just empty field.

But sound monitoring great and with some others vst he work fine and record midi notes.

Why? With some plugins work fine, but with some not.

(sorry for my english)

I'm not familiar with these VSTs, but the problem seems to be this:

Some VSTs just don't pass MIDI out. It kinda sucks.

Can you put the instrument on a separate track from the MIDI guitar thing, then route the MIDI guitar track to the instrument track and record the MIDI on the MIDI guitar track where it won't get swallowed by a Nintendo?

No, I cant figure it out how to do that.

Still its not normal. Mayby devs of reaper read that post and try to fix that at future...

UPD
Found a way to solve this problem. At mixer at tracks there a button - route, that allow you send signals from one track to another. Uncomfortable, but what to do. This button missed at panel of tracks.

It's not missed in tcp, you just have it hidden.

Check theme adjuster for hiding settings.

Ok, thanks. But still I hope devs fix the problem that was at the beginning. And you won't have to dance with a routes for the sake of individual vst because they dont pass midi signals.

If it works with other plugs as expected then it's surely something for the plugin devs to fix, not Reaper devs.

Yes, it is. Most of them probably won't, of course....

I'm sure this has come up before; if it is even possible (I dunno) to have a REAPER setting to force MIDI through a stubborn plugin, the devs have probably already done it (though I have no idea what or where it might be).

Anybody?

Why just dont emulate solution. Just make one option - dont send midi signal through plugin and create virtual parallel track like upper instead of create manual second track and by hands send to him signals. Its not hard just make one option in menu which reaper has a lot of.

I might have found it -

FX window, right side >
Right click over "2 out" >
MIDI output >
Merges with MIDI bus

You're welcome. I'd have cracked it a lot earlier if I'd googled "thru" instead of "through."
